A cartoon I found on an issue of the Philippines Free Press dated January 10, 1987. The article was a collection of cartoons printed on specific key dates in Philippine history. The one I posted shows the exact date it was first published. Though it is over 50 years now, the cartoon still shows the reality of today's government. Corrupt officials having enough for their puppets but none for the children. No changes. What a shame!
