Basically, it's still Thursday night at the moment. But what I meant to talk about is tomorrows big event. The Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. I've been excited about it since they announced that they are engaged. Sadly, after waiting for the day, I'll have to pass on it. WHY?? Well, as much as I want to watch the wedding on T.V., I've decided to join my officemates instead for our last day together as one team. I'm setting aside my personal whatchama call it for friendship. Though I have to admit, I am not sure if I ever regret it. hahaha. Hopefully not. Anyways, I'm not really foregoing the wedding of the century. I'll be keeping myself updated by logging in to my twitter account on my phone. ( http://www.twitter.com/imaimhetta ) I think that's the best I can do so as not to miss the things that are going on. Especially Kate's Wedding Gown! OMG!!! I can't wait already! And all so what their guests are going to wear. And I think there is a parade or something in their itinerary. (I based the parade idea to the same thing that happened during Princess Diana and Prince Charles' Wedding). Parade or not, I'm excited about everything that will happen.

My best wishes to both of them. When I look at Kate, it reminds me of Princess Diana. And she seems to be very sweet during interviews. And the articles I've read about her, it's all praises. When I think of the wedding tomorrow, I think I might just cry...haha..tears of happiness? maybe. Anyway, yeah.

 Its a pictorial she did for EMP Katalog. It's my favorite. Love everything she had on. Follow her back! ^^ I've been searching for the same eyeglasses that she has on. I found one that looks like it, but its very expensive. It's because it's from a designer label. Tried looking for an affordable one but I can't seem to get a hold of one. So, the best thing that I can do is try to save up for the expensive one. Although I think, by the time that I'll be ale to afford it, the product is no longer available in any market. haha. So not good in saving.

So after deliberating to myself if I should purchase an expensive button pin, I realize far beyond the thought that all proceeds will go to those affected by the tsunami, the fact that Japan, although they once caused pain for my country, has ended up becoming one of the most generous out there.

So, Monday evening, I made my order for the TH for Japan button pin through TH Pilipinas. Tuesday afternoon I excused myself from work for an hour to go to the bank to pay for it. And Wednesday morning, I sent my deposit slip to them to prove that I have already paid.

Why? Coz I wanna give back to all the generosity that Japan has showed my country in the past years. Although I haven't directly benefited from it ( I really don't need it, in fact), I think my town did. It's a long story. will blog about it next time. 

If I don't get off the computer, I might end up being late for work, which I really don't mind.. hahaha.

Summertime of Our Lives

Summer is here...

A little bird from Tagum (or Bangkal) told me that one of us has never been to Samal island. Shocking as it is, we must do something about it! Although in fact, Samal is not really part of Davao, what is the point of coming to Davao if one has not visited our beautiful beaches? Am I right or am right?

So after hearing about this sad truth, the planner in me decided to make a move on this dilemma

.  

Since sweldo time is about to come, I don't see any reason why we cannot. This could be the last time that we can go out and have fun together. We all know each other's plan. As far as I know, this girl will leave us by the end of this month. Worst, it could be earlier. So in memory of her (for lack of better words ^^), let us accompany her in discovering the beauty of what Davao has to offer.

By the way, don't mind the beach in the picture. That is Dahican beach in Mati. If you want, we can go there instead of Samal. Samal is in a way over rated for most of us.
